Christopher Kirkby is the Chief Operating Officer of Vibes Gym, a 24/7 independent gym in Shefford, Bedfordshire, owned by his wife Victoria. He runs the day to day: operations, memberships, marketing and coaching on the gym floor.

He also coaches clients under Mr Vibes Coaching, runs live apparel auctions on TikTok as Mr Vibes Live, and founded LEVEL Clothing. LEVEL is a palindrome. It reads the same backwards as forwards, because sometimes you have to go backwards to go forwards. You just have to stay level.

Before the businesses he was a singer, and that part still exists under Kirkbys Music. Behind all of it: Victoria and the kids. Shefford is home.
